About Mind-Meadow

At Mind-Meadow, my mission is to provide a compassionate and professional counselling service.

I believe that therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it.

Working gently and collaboratively with you to explore whatever feels important to you at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach blends Talking therapy – a calm, caring space to explore thoughts, feelings, and inner patterns.
Creative counselling – art, metaphor, movement, and breath work for when words feel too much or not enough.
Somatic awareness – gentle attunement to the body's signals, sensations and stories.
Nature-based support – grounding, soothing connection with the natural world to restore balance and calm.
